Extra Curricular Clubs Autumn Term 2025
Club numbers are limited. You will be sent a confirmation text if your child has a place in their chosen club before the start of your child’s club.
If there are too many children for the club it will be allocated according to the sign up time. The remaining pupils will be on a waiting list, and should a place become available, they will be contacted.
Please ensure that the staff member in charge is notified if your child is unable to attend a club or wants to stop attending a club for any reason. We need to account for the children on our lists and do not want to spend time chasing up missing children. If your child does not attend an after school club a message will be sent to the office and they will contact you to ask why your child is not in attendance. Your child will be removed from the club after 2 non-attendances, if they fail to let the staff member know they will not be attending.
Each club will have a contact list to let you know of any chances to the clubs. Clubs will only be cancelled for staff absence. For outside clubs, the club will move to a classroom in poor weather - if this is the case we will let you know in case you would like to collect, Please ensure you are signed up to the School Spider App as all club communications will come via this method.
All clubs finish at different times and you will be notified of the club finish time by the organiser. Children who are not collected will be taken to the after school club which is chargeable.
