Autumn Term After School Clubs 2026
All clubs run by school will begin during the week starting 14th September
Please note that places in clubs are limited. You will receive a confirmation text/email before the club start date if your child has been allocated a place in their chosen club.
If a club is oversubscribed, places will be allocated based on the order of sign-up. Any remaining children will be placed on a waiting list and contacted if a space becomes available.
If your child is unable to attend a session or decides to stop attending a club, please inform the staff member in charge. It’s important we account for all children on our lists and avoid spending time tracking down absentees. If a child misses a club session without prior notice, the school office will contact you to find out why. After two unexplained absences, your child will be removed from the club.
Each club will have a contact list to communicate any changes. Clubs will only be cancelled in the event of staff absence. For outdoor clubs, if the weather is poor, sessions will move to a classroom. We’ll notify you in this case, should you wish to collect your child early.
Please ensure you are signed up to the School Spider App, as all club-related communication will be sent through this platform.
Clubs finish at different times. The organiser will let you know the specific end time for your child’s club. If a child is not collected on time, they will be taken to the after-school club, which may incur a charge.
